Bought a phone from Sprint April *nd and waiting on them to unlock it and am getting the run around after requesting this several times always told it will happen within ** hours and I will receive a email and it never happens!!!! Just want my phone that I paid for to be unlocked so I can go to Sprint prepaid!!!
I trust that Sprint Corporate Care will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
