We purchased an iPhone * and I was told that it was water proof and that I can submerge it for ** min up to * feet and when my daughter took it into the pool took two pics and then it turned off never to work again . When I came back to the store to find the as*ciate that had given me the wrong information was not there. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she couldn’t help me that I had to make a claim and pay for it ***.** why should I have to pay for false and wrongful information .and on top of that they said I have to talk to the manager and wait for her one hr this is wrong false advertising and unprofessional
