I have had Spotify since I believed I enrolled on my Birthday for * months of free service at end of Feb ** and then it was suppose to be $*.** after that. Yesterday I seen an ad that if I sign up for Family premium I could get a free goggle mini. When I went into my account I see have been paying $**.** per month. The charge goes automatically to my AMEX an was paid automatically so I never saw the charge and usually all charges on my AMEX send me a text and I never got one from spotify. If I knew I had the family plan I would have added my wife since she is only other one in household. Our adult children are married & my understanding is that they arent eligible for plan. I have the email where I signed up for *.** plan so I want a refund for the difference for those * months or else send me the goggle mini for free if this is the plan I am on. *I can be reached via phone on ***-***-**** or by email.**Dennis Hrehor
