I upgraded my account to the Family premium Spotify account several months ago. I sent an invite to my wife who ignored it until last night when she attempted to accept it. She had difficulty activating the upgrade, seeming to continue to have her regular account with advertisements. Somehow, she thought she had opened a new premium account and was going to be charged. She canceled it but was actually logged into my account which was subsequently canceled.**I would like to reactivate my premium family Spotify account . I will invite my wife to join it. If there is anyway you could go ahead and add her to my account and activate her that would probably make things simpler.**My name is Joe Moyers.*My email address which the account was under is *****@***.com.**My wife’s name is Jennifer Moyers.*Her email address is *****@***.com.**Thank you
