I am writing as a former customer I had canceled my account on October and *nd **** and I called the number that was on my banking account *** - *** - **** I called that number I was put through a drill they ask for my social security number they ask for my birthday they ask for my debit card at least * times I had canceled this account there to cancel the account they were to put the money back into my checking account and none of that was done and I swear if my account gets hacked by my banking I am suing Spotify I shouldn't have had to give all that information out several times and I even stated why do you need all this information several times over we're doing a security check I've been checking my account nothing's been taken out and the night and the $** on a *** has not been put back into my account my name is Kelly Stokes Stokes last * digits of my card number is ***** and the email address is tippy ****@ gmail.co******** I am a very unhappy customer at this point and I would appreciate if someone would please get back with me and the confirmation number that they gave me is *** *:** ***** and another number that they gave me to call her the something about transfer was **-***-***-**** so I would really appreciate it for the company the owner of the company or somebody CEO higher than just a regular worker call me back and I don't want somebody telling me that they're just the CEO and come to find out there just * on the bottom of totem pole.
