Hey spotify staff. I have an account with you but for a couple of months i have not receved my premium order. What i mean is that when i log in it keep saying that i should try spotify for free for ** days and on the bottom right side of the screen it appears a botton with a premium option. I been paying monthly for my premium but for a couple of month i thought you have canceled my order because i been playing my music but there is commercials and can only skip a few songs also i can only play them through shuffle option. I guess what im asking is that it would been nice for you to understand my situation and refund my money for those two months and cancel my subscription, i tryed to cancel it my self but i cant see how. Please understand and do something about it. Thank you
