I had signed up for a premium account on Spotify for the past * years, and I have loved it! I always recommend it as the best, and have re-applied my student information as I am a student. However, I’ve been wrongly billed **.** monthly although I had in fact reapplied for the student discount. I can see that I’m not the only one that has had this issue, and understand that there are a lot of moving parts within your company - yet I would greatly appreciate some answers on how to fix this as well as get my transactions waved or rightly handled, thank you!
