Hello, I was listening to music through Amazon's app and accidentally selected download, thinking that it was included in my Amazon Prime Membership-- I'm still new to Amazon Prime. I thought they would simply go to my phone so I could listen to them later. I, unfortunately, was unaware these were paid albums and received an email with a charge for $**.**. I had tried to click the cancellation link but nothing had happened. Would it be possible to remove these albums and refund the payment as this was an accident and I am sending this email within ** hours of the purchases. **If possible, please cc *****@***.com with your reply as well, as my daughter is more the Tech savvy one if you need any more information.**Thank you!
