SPOTIFY I don't want Spotify but have been charged for it for over a year. Can't figure out how I got signed up for it. If from Spotify or another subscriber (iTunes etc.?) the instructions to cancel are too difficult for me to understand and I need to cancel!!! I don't know an account * so I contact bank to credit our account the $*.** per month charge. Am ** yrs old & don't use (or want to use) Twitter or Facebook... only email. HELP! Please let me know who the subscription is with and give me an acct. *. Cancel if you can or email me with specific instructions (not the confusing info given on your help pages ... It's not understandable to me! EMAIL ME! Preferably w*the ph. * of a PERSON I can TALK to. (my next step will be to contact the NY Attorney General to file a claim against your company!)
