access my account and playlists ... I have a family account under *****@***.com (me) and *****@***.com (my daughter). Her access is working just fine, but suddenly I can't access my playlists, and Spotify says it doesn't recognize my username or email address. I do not have a facebook account, and have only one email address. There is also a bogus email address (*****@***.com) that has been added as an active user on our account. I would like to be able to access my account again, and will be EXCEEDINGLY unhappy if my playlists are no longer available, as I have spent many hours creating them! I would also like this bogus user removed and investigated.
