Spotify charges began appearing on my credit card statement in December ****. I am not aware of opening an account. I have been billed every month since. I tried numerous times today to speak to a customer rep. to cancel and*or dispute the charges but the only rep. I spoke with was with the promotional dept. and he told me I had to call another number besides the ***-***-****. He obnoxiously would not just give me the number and would not take no for an answer when trying to sell me something else. He finally gave me *-***-***-****, which is bogus as, that is the directory assistance number. In subsequent calls I kept getting disconnected automatically. This regards Ref. *VST*W*J*. I AM CANCELLING THIS ACCOUNT BY WAY OF THIS MESSAGE. PLEASE CONFIRM. I HAVE BLOCKED YOUR CHARGES FROM MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. VERY SLEEZY BUSINESS PRACTICES. Nancy Lasser
