Cancel and get refund for FRAUDULENT charges ... My MasterCard has been charged $*.** per month (twice this month) since *****. I have no idea how this was started as I did not authorize it. I am unable to contact you as I have no account number and you do not recognize either my email or my husband's email. I want you to cancel this immediately. I do NOT want the service and have had no idea that I was being charged. I have notified Barclay's Bank of this fraud. The last four digits of the card being charged is **** issued to William M. Winn. Please stop the charge and cancel this service. Thank you for your help.
It is impossible to contact Spotify as I do not have an account with them nor do I have a password as I never created an account. They don't recognize my email or my husband's email. They continue to take my money, and I can't stop their fraudulent actions because I have no way of contacting them. Interesting ploy!
I want this account closed (which doesn't exist according to their website), and I want them to cease charging my credit card - TWICE this month!
