My son signed up to receive Spotify free for ** days in January. He cancelled it in February, however, not in time as I was still charged for the month of February. I called myself and cancelled it after I was charged again in March. Then I had to call back on *-**-** as I was charged yet again. I was supposed to receive a refund for March and April, but instead I have been charged again for the month of May. This has caused me several problems including overdraft fees due to being charged when I wasn't aware and had already cancelled. The confirmation number I received on *-**-** was ************. I would really appreciate if you could immediately refund me the $**.** that I have been charged for March, April and May as it has been cancelled and my son is not even able to use it! If this isn't addressed I will be reporting Spotify to the Better Business Bureau as I have been trying to get this resolved since March!
