We didn’t take our flight to New Orleans because a Hurricane hit downtown New Orleans and they have no power. I would like a refund for our flights. My reference number is GJWKFH. The flight was on October **th for James Bryant and Melinda Wilson.
This was especially frustrating because we didn’t know the entire city of New Orleans had lost power until a few hours before our flight. We had to make last minute plan changes and we didn’t time to call the airline until today.

GetHuman5423494 did not yet indicate what Spirit should do to make this right.
