Flight * *** on June ** **Delay due to storms. ThT is fine **BUT when we got in the aircraft there was a terrible smell. My daughter asked the Attendant and said “will I get use to this smell”. The attendant said, “ I hope so”. And my daughter asked are you used to this smell and they said No. *only to find out that a cat peed on last flight. Let me tell you that was terrible. Smelling that for *:** minutes was beyond anything we as customers need to do. A policy should be in effect that the airlines need to have the right cleaning product to handle situations like this. OR these aupport animals should not be able to fly unless under the passengers and if the passenger can not handle flying then don’t fly. **I feel Spirit should send vouchers out to everyone on that aircraft that night and letter of apology. **Also, there are people who are allergic to cats It is just a big mess trying to comfort everyone.
