It appears I got charged twice for my last flight. I took one round-trip to Florida from Kansas City, Missouri for $***.**, but then was charged the same day (**********) for another amount of $***.**. I would like reimbursed as this caused my travel money to be held up while I was away from home and I did not book multiple flights.*I also recorded the name of a flight attendant from my flight out of Kansas City. I've never left a bad review and don't want it to effect Spirit reviews as I've always received great service, but this lady had a horrible attitude towards the people around me. She also appeared to be training an attendant and I would hate for her level of service to be spread. I would like to leave her name and some feedback on that situation without posting it where customers will see and judge Spirit overall. If I could be provided with an email or number to leave that comment with I would appreciate it.
