Our luggage was left in Chicago and did not reach our Seattle destination. We filed a report and was advised that our luggage would be put on the next flight. That was on May **th in the evening. We were advised on the **st in the AM that our luggage was in Seattle & would be sent to us, indicating that it would get there in the PM. To date, we have not received our luggage and the website they sent us to track our luggage is still indicating that our luggage has not been ***igned a driver.
I trust that Spirit will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
