I had to cancel a flight due to covid last Fall and I have a code I am trying to use to get my $***.** to book a flight and it is stating that the code is not matching the person. I am the person who booked and paid for the flight last fall. I need to get this resolved so I can use the money Spirit has already taken from me. **My name is Katrina Wagner and the cancelation code that was given to me was WJDPTN .**Thank you
