When applying travel funds from a previous flight in the amount of $***.** only a partial amount of $**.** was credited leaving a $***. ** balance due instead of $***.**. Why wasn’t the total amount applied? I need to book these flights as soon as possible. My daughter has to have a definite time frame as we are caring for an autistic child. I have a Southwest Airline gift card in the amount of $***.** to pay the balance after the total travel fund is applied. I need this transaction to happen today so that I can finalize my plans for this Christmas visit. I will be caring for my grandson who will be out of school on Christmas vacation while his mother is at work. Time is of the essence in this situation. I need this resolved today. I cannot wait on the phone for an extended length of time as I only have a mobile phone and I will not be home until evening. L**GTG is my confirmation number from my cancelled flight.
