My wife and I have been Rapid Rewards members for quite some years.**Last year, I asked why we weren’t receiving Drink Coupons and was told, “We don’t offer that benefit any longer.”**We just flew to Punta Cana last week with our cousin (who became a RR member at our urging) who gave us his drink coupons (he doesn’t drink).**I asked how he got them and he said, “They just come in the mail.”**Throughout the flight, the connection and on the return legs, Drink Coupons we’re flying around the cabin like falling fall leaves.**WE WERE LIED TO. WE HAVEN’T BEEN RECEIVING COUPONS FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS.**I would like to discuss “Transfarency’s Fairness, Honesty and Respect” shown as a result of the above and hear what explanation and solution a Customer Care rep has to offer.**Donald Merrigan*Priority ******************Carol Merrigan*Premiere *****************
