The issue in GetHuman-maspiker's own words
I would like to book a new flight and needed help to apply the money held in our travel account to the new reservation. ... We booked a flight for * people a few months ago. We had to cancel the flights and our fare was non-refundable. We were told that the fare will be kept in our account and will be applicable the next time we fly. We now want to make a reservation and apply the amount to this new reservation.* We want to rebook the flight now departing PDX to LAS on March **, Sunday @ **:** am non-stop*returning March ** Saturday @ *:** pm non-stop
I was told to call again on Feb. *th to book this flight because that's the expiration of the travel accounts that holds our funds. They will then be able to extend it * more months. If they can extend it for * more months why do I have to wait until Feb. *th? Why not extend it now, and book me my reservation? I'm concerned that the fair can go up by then or the flight could be full. I'm frustrated because I don't think I was given the correct info and this is a task that I want to complete now instead of having it hanging over my head still. This is just a matter of programming in the computer system.
I would really appreciate it if I could finish making this reservation now instead of having to wait until Feb. *th.
This is our first opportunity to use Southwest Airlines. We will be apt to use this airline again if this transaction*trip goes well.
