Hello,*I wanted to share my recent experience with Southwest Airlines. I wasn’t happy with the experience and thought that I should provide feedback. On Thursday morning,*My husband and I were seeing our two boys off on their first flight by themselves to go see their grandparents in Florida. They were on flight **** leaving from San Diego on Tuesday, January *, ****. The lady at the front counter was kind enough to give my boys an extra-time boarding pass to ensure they had time to find seats together. *Unfortunately, the man who was scanning the tickets at the gate was so rude and not the least bit friendly with them. When they approached the gate a bit early he rudely told them to move “way over to the side.” Then when the boys approached him to scan their tickets which they had trouble with he looked very annoyed and kept pointing to the machine instead of calmly taking the ticket from them and scanning it for them. I’m so surprised that SWA would want a person like this representing them. It was the start of his day and he was already in a foul mood. My boys were already nervous with this being their first flight without us, but to make matters worse they had to encounter an unhelpful and unfriendly worker!! I’m hoping this will be addressed as I know SWA prides itself in the highest quality of customer service.
