I am sitting on flight ****. One hour and ** minutes ago we were told we were dela*** ** minutes waiting on a late plane. We are now boarded waiting for these p***engers nearly *.* hours later. I understand waiting a couple minutes but this is insane. I paid for a flight with the anti****tion I’d be on time, not sitting on the tarmac waiting on your late planes. My time is valuable. I would like. I am requesting credit for this flight given I am waiting so that Southwest doesn’t have to pay for a late flight. This is your issue, not mine* yet southweat has made it my issue along with everyone else on this flight.
I trust that Southwest Airlines will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
