I paid my current bill of $**.** as of october **, which was scheduled to go through the following day. Checking it again today the website still marked the bill as unpaid and urged me to send payment. I did but looking through my emails i recieved confirmation of payment the ** and today. Im calling to prevent my account from being overdrawn with a double payment and report on the issue with the online bill pay function.
