The last time I called customer support they issued the refund to the wrong thing. I was asking it to be refunded to my Amex card that was on file at the time before the representative took the payment methods off. My little nephew had got on my ps* and still was able to make purchases of $**.** witch to my amazement didn’t charge my card but yet my Sony ps* game wallet. I’d like for a full refund on my Amex card and will allow for my war gaming account to be canceled or revoked. I’m tired of this happening I specifically asked for my refund to go on back to my debit card, and another thing I had asked the agent to put safety measures in place to insure this does not happen again. Or at the very least guide me through a step by step walk through of how to stop this issue from happening again. I want to know what was bout again on my account and when, then for this account to have no in app purchasing power enabled so I can avoid issues like these, I understand this is completely courtesy from y’all to me, I am just needing help - I don’t want to get screwed over, I stopped the stopped the pending charge back so I can get my money back from my bank but I didn’t see the money back in my Amex card when I checked a few days later please help me,
