I received a letter in the mail regarding a review on my husband's SSD benefits. We JUST went through this a few years ago and it was determine he was still and will be disabled on January **th ****. We went * months with no Medical insurance for him or monetary benefits and weren't repayed the full amount owed from when they had taken his benefits (although I filled out the paperwork asking he that his benefits he continued doing the process)!*Mrs. S**** H*** from the Greenville Disability determination office, told me this would not happen again anytime soon and apologized for the way we had been treated. **In March of a **** they began charging him for his part B coverage through medicate although we have extra help!!! *Although out daughter is ** years old, we have not ever received any money for benefits! Nor have we received SSI as per the paper work says we WOULD.**We're now being threatened to be cut off of monetary and medical bebefits again and I desperately need help.**I just started a business (bc I HAVE TO work from home to care for husband, our children and my grandmother who has been diagnosed with dementia ) and I work at night bc my clients are (mostly ) Chinese. This makes it VERY difficult to call early in the morning and the last * or * times I was in hold until after *pm b & although I held on, none had answered my *pm, so I hung up... **I was able to reach someone on * occasions. The first one told me to hold and d didn't come back. The second listened to my story, asked if I was the representative payee, I confirmed & she said "ok, let's get you verified first, what's your social?? " And I was promptly hung up on again...**I'll exhausted and can not handle this.
