I wrote about this as unacceptable, no response. At issue: an * x ** canvas, wrap -- doesn't wrap. Don't you have a way to warn customers that their layout is incorrect*doesn't meet specifications? I ordered an * x ** canvas wrap (one of several things I ordered), and there is not a complete wrap on one side, with a bold white stripe, making it unusable. I had another photo, same image, that my photographer friend sent me with more space on all four sides to make a wrap easier (and cleaner), but every time I uploaded it, it turned greenish (I tried four times). I would like this unusable gift to my husband done again -- with the photo I was not able to use that night I ordered, because it was going green. It can easily be stabilized.
