Hello! I recently got locked out of my Snapchat account. I lost all my photos, but luckily had some backed up. Even after creating a new account, I got locked out of it within a minute. I'm unsure why this is happening, as I verified my email for the new account and don't use any spam or third-party extensions. Due to COVID, Snapchat is essential for me to stay in touch with friends. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

I wanted to purchase a new vape cartridge, specifying a budget of $[redacted]. While I shared CBD content, a legal substance endorsed by the FDA, I didn't advertise any illegal drugs or products. I urgently require access to my account to retrieve precious memories, especially after the recent passing of my young cousin. Hello, today while using Snapchat, I was suddenly logged out and received an email stating that my account was deleted due to violating the terms of Snapchat. I have been a loyal Snapchat user for over 5 years, and all my cherished memories were stored on there. I am devastated by this sudden action, as I strongly believe I have not breached any rules. Approximately a year and a half ago, I changed my Snapchat password after a breakup to ensure my ex-girlfriend could no longer access my account. Regrettably, in the heat of the moment, I forgot the new password a day later. The account holds irreplaceable photos and memories with my friends that I am desperate to recover. A few hours ago, I was unexpectedly logged out of all my Snapchat accounts on my phone. However, of all those accounts, I only actively use one, and that is the one I cannot recall the password for. I encountered a situation where an individual pretended to be a 17-year-old male from Greece. They created two accounts and persisted in pressuring me for photos, despite my clear refusal. This person then manipulated me into sending images, saved them without consent, and later attempted to extort more photos by threatening to expose the ones already stored. When I declined, they deceitfully feigned erasing the images and continued to harass me over a span of five months. I eventually uncovered their falsehoods when they impersonated a famous TikTok personality. Upon calling them out, they vindictively shared my images back with me. I am seeking assistance in having his account deactivated and my photos promptly removed.

I previously reported my ex for sending photos and accessing my account without permission. Before Snapchat intervened, I had resolved the issue independently. However, they chose to permanently lock my account, a decision I did not anticipate or desire. My concern is retrieving the saved photos in my Snapchat memories, not the account itself or streaks.
