My Snapchat account, Babeski_swag, got hacked. The email linked to it is [redacted] The hacker changed the password and phone number, set up two-step authentication, and won't let me recover it. My correct phone number is [redacted], and the birthday is 06/04/95. I've had friends report the account, but no luck yet. Finally got an email to reset my password at 7:47am EST, but it was changed again at 7:50am EST. Previous passwords were Austin1993, Always2018, and Austinleigh93. Hoping to regain access to my Snapchat soon.

My 15-year-old daughter's Snapchat account has been hacked. The person responsible is bullying her by posting inappropriate content, sending offensive messages to her contacts, and making disturbing calls, which is causing her distress. She reached out to me late last night, upset and scared by the messages and calls she was receiving from her friends. This behavior is completely out of character for her. Unfortunately, she can't access her account to deactivate it at the moment. Deleting the account entirely isn't a problem for her. We are worried about the impact this could have on her school activities like honors and sports if it escalates to the administration level. How should we proceed to address this issue?

This morning, when attempting to log in, I received a message stating that my account has been locked. This account holds valuable memories that I am eager to retrieve. I suspect it was locked due to my multiple accounts, including one from my youth with a forgotten password, one for a prank, and one containing numerous cherished memories and countless hours of investment. I recently upgraded to a new iPhone 11 from my iPhone XR. When setting up the iPhone 11, I re-downloaded Snapchat. However, I encountered an issue with the verification code being sent to my old phone number ending in [redacted], which I no longer have access to. I tried resetting my password through the app, but it still prompts for a verification code sent to the outdated phone number. I have important photos on my Snap account from the past 4 years and would really like to regain access without creating a new account. Any help would be much appreciated.

I cannot access my account even after trying various troubleshooting steps like resetting the password, network settings, reinstalling Snapchat, and hard resetting my phone. The error message "could not connect please try again later" persists despite no connectivity problems on my end. Strangely, I can log into a secondary account smoothly. I don't utilize any unauthorized apps or software, and my primary account holds sentimental connections with family and friends.

I logged out of my account to access my boyfriend's account to send his gifts. However, when I attempted to log back into my own account, I received a message saying, "Could not connect. I received a message from someone on Snapchat asking for my personal information. I initially thought it was my friend, but it turns out she was also hacked. Hello, everyone. I'm having an issue with my account being locked without any explanation. When attempting to log in on my iPhone, it displays a message stating "your account has temporarily been locked." However, when I try to unlock it using my computer, a message pops up saying "Your account has permanently been locked." Occasionally, it indicates a successful unlock, but I am still unable to access my account. My daughter got locked out of her account last Sunday. We waited for 24 hours but still could not regain access. We are struggling to verify the account since we no longer have the email or phone number associated with it. The account on Snapchat is its_kylie1005, with the password Kylie[redacted]7. Hi, I've been permanently locked out of my account and have lost contact with all my friends. I'm certain I haven't violated any community guidelines and I'm extremely upset because I have many precious memories saved in that account.
