In September, I logged out of my account and forgot my password. To reset it, I attempted to use my phone number but couldn't due to being in a different country without roaming. When I tried to be called or receive a text message, it didn't work. Next, I used my email address, but it was deemed invalid though I've used it for Snapchat for years. In a new account with a different number, using the same email led to a message stating it's already in use. I'm unsure how to recover my old account as I have crucial photos and videos in 'Memories' that I want to preserve.

I received an email two nights ago notifying me of a password change on my account. I have not used this account for a long time, and I no longer have access to the phone number ending in [redacted]. However, I can still access the email linked to this account. Some of the previous passwords I used include chicken21, justin0308, chickenlove21, and semicolon1218. The account was utilized on an iPhone 7 Plus and an iPhone X. This situation is causing significant distress in my life and emotional turmoil. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with a recovery code and details on where the account was accessed from. I am in dire need of resolving this issue. I am having trouble re-adding my friend (zee_shan1524) on Snapchat after he disappeared from my friends list three days ago. Despite us confirming that we are not blocked, we are unable to add each other back by clicking the add button. This issue is unique to just him, as I can add other friends without any problems. We rely on Snapchat for communication and need a quick resolution to this matter.

On October 18, [redacted], I requested all my account information from Snapchat for my account, amandajl88, including my friends list, blocked users, deleted users, and friend requests. Snapchat promptly sent me a detailed email with the compiled information. I intended to share this with my boyfriend, but he only recently came across this information. He misunderstood the lists, assuming that the people listed under "blocked" were blocked on that same day, when in fact they were blocked before then. Unfortunately, the email did not include dates of when users were blocked. Despite this, I deactivated my account on that day, and after 30 days, it should have been permanently deleted. I am now being accused of having multiple Snapchat accounts, which is untrue. On the same day, I asked Snapchat to flag and remove any unauthorized accounts using my name, email, or phone number. If possible, I would appreciate it if Snapchat could provide the dates of when I blocked specific users. Hello, I need help accessing my Snapchat account. My username is juls_balls and my old email associated with the account is [redacted] I've updated it to [redacted] Unfortunately, I had to change my password due to someone hacking into my account and taking screenshots of my messages. I am unable to reset my password because the phone number linked to the account, [redacted], is outdated. My old password was Psalms45, and I recently changed it to something involving gerkin, possibly gerkin [redacted] or gerkin 22. Despite numerous attempts, I am unable to log in. I fear losing all the memories saved on my account. I am more than willing to provide any necessary information to regain access. I have been receiving several login verification codes from phone numbers associated with your company, such as [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. After entering the code sent from one of these numbers, my account was compromised, and there was an attempt to access my private photos. I am concerned about the lack of privacy for users and want to know who accessed my account to press charges. Yesterday, I created a new Snapchat account for my brother, using my phone number. However, when I tried to log back into my own account, it said my password was incorrect. I don't remember changing my password. I was hospitalized for 6 months, and my mobile provider, ZAIN, has a policy that recycles unused phones after 6 months. Unfortunately, I have to wait for them to reassign my old phone and contact the new user for a recovery code for my account. I have proof that I am the rightful owner of the account "kalawadi99" through old emails, passwords, and previous phone numbers. I need help to regain access to my account since the verification code is being sent to a number that has been reassigned by the company. The phone was returned due to my hospitalization, and I can provide documentation if needed. I need assistance with a delicate matter. I hope you can assist me. After a difficult breakup with my ex, I realized I had saved our conversations on Snapchat without knowing about the setting to automatically delete messages after 24 hours. I am worried that my ex might misuse these chats since we parted on bad terms, leading to increased anxiety and discomfort. Could you please delete the entire conversation from both our accounts? Doing so would alleviate my anxiety and aid in my healing process. There are private discussions that I fear he may use against me, and I wish to prevent this from happening. Hello Snapchat Team, I recently relocated from Germany to America and had to switch my phone number. I uninstalled Snapchat in Germany for personal reasons but am now trying to reinstall it in America. When I attempted to log back in, it requested a verification code be sent to my old German number, which is no longer in use. I am having trouble accessing my Snapchat account because it is flagging the login as suspicious and asking for email verification. The issue is that the email linked to my account is on an old phone, and I can't remember the password. I am currently using friends' phones to log in since I don't have my own phone at the moment. On November 5th, [redacted], my mother accessed my phone without permission and removed my Snapchat account due to inappropriate content posted by some girls at school. Although I understand her concern, I had planned to delete the app myself after saving two years' worth of memories from high school. I need to file a formal complaint about my Snapchat accounts. Every time I attempt to log in, I get temporarily locked out. Despite creating multiple accounts to address this issue, I have lost approximately 6 to 7 accounts due to these frequent lockouts. Even after waiting the mandatory 24 hours and successfully logging back in, I am immediately logged out again. I have attempted to access my accounts on different phones with no success. I recently agreed to help a friend promote their job, only to discover they had tampered with my account details.
