Hi my name is Mario Mathews i recently upgraded my phone to an S* from a S* (galaxy) ive always had my log in for Snapchat available because ive only logged in once with my old phone same phone * same email. Now that I have this upgraded phone my login doesn't appear so I don't remember my password, when I try to use make a new password I it's says the * associated with my account is wrong which cant be true cause I've had the same * for * plus yrs. Even the * emails that I know should be associated with my account it's saying im wrong, but when I say im going to make a new account and it throws me out a generated user name and I go to change it to Rio** it says the user name is already in use... because thats my username. Please can someone help remedy this problem I've already email the so called Snapchat help desk and it seems like im getting automated responses instead of actually help. I don't want a new account I want the same one I've had for years please.
