If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

My account was hacked this morning at * am. I was sent a link to log in to a scam on Facebook. I used the same password for both of my accounts. They logged me out but had not changed the password however they put an authentication app on it and I couldn’t access my account anymore. I contacted Snapchat Support and I was sent a link to change my password. After I changed my password I received an email that I had changed the password. Immediately after I received another email that it had been reset. This was not me resetting it however it was me changing it. They have removed my number from the account and hacked my email account as well. Any links sent to my email I have not received and I’m no longer allowed to use the Snapchat feature, “I forgot my password” my email T*****@***.com was hacked. I would like to be contacted at W*****@***.com. My Snapchat name is Trinitygurl and the person logged in is NOT me. I have not been able to get in at all!
