I have been charged for another year’s subscription to your Smilebox product. *Last year, I had multiple issues requesting the cancellation of this subscription and thought I had this resolved but there is a charge to my credit card once again. **I have not used your product in years. **Please reverse the charges applied to my Visa account, ending in **** on January **, **** that just appeared on my bank statement. *I have not received any emails or notifications from Smilebox indicating that I even have a membership with you. **Account maybe linked to either of these emails:******@***.com ******@***.com******@***.com
