I sent an email cancelling any type of membership although I only signed in for free trial. I received an email from your company stating that my membership had been cancelled yet I could continue to use club smilebox until my remaining membership expires. You then proceeded to go ahead and charge my credit card for $**.** which I did not authorize. You need to remove this charge and reimburse me for this. I am not happy with your service and I will be sure to inform my friends and family not to use your services.
GetHuman-ribbitpa did not yet indicate what SmileBox should do to make this right.
