Get a refund to my credit card ... I cancelled my account after my last billing which included a charge for HBO. Sling TV no long offers HBO and indicated a credit would be issued on the next billing cycle. In my case the account is closed and there will not be another billing cycle. Now I am told that the credit will remain on my account even though I don't have an account because you don't issue refunds. So now I'm left with a credit that I will never be able to use. This is horrible customer service that I am penalized for the elimination of HBO from your offering and cannot get a refund to my credit card on file. Shame!!! You should issue a refund to my credit card.
They dropped HBO and I cancelled my account so a refund to my account is ludicrous since I don't have an account.
