The issue in GetHuman-danherre's own words
I joined sling TV on this past Friday and. Used my capital one platinum credit card I watched part of one program on BBC and then shut my computer and tv off I didn't use the service on Saturday but did try to use the service Sunday but it would not recognize my password so I requested a password reset and put in my email and it said that an email would be sent to rest my password this was early afternoon on Sunday it is now early Monday morning and I have yet to receive that email I did try Several times to get into my account but the website kept telling me that I was entering the wrong pass word said I needed to register again with it was more than happy to let me do however I am not about to use my credit card again since it all ready accepted it once I know that it accepted it because I browsed different programs and before I did that the site said I would be billed after my free *day trial with would be on ****** so what can I do to use the service it won't recognize my password and I am positive that I was entering the right one because I wrote it down and it was only * letters all lower case very simple I don't feel that I should have to register again and give card number and possibly get charged twice
GetHuman-danherre did not yet indicate what Sling TV should do to make this right.
