I called Sling TV customer service a few weeks prior to the renewal of my subscription. I had done the free trial and I stated that Sling TV didn't have good connection in my area and I didn't want to continue a subscription. So I was told that I would not be charged for a new subscription then yesterday I saw a charge of about $** to my debit card. This was charged May *st. I was unable to call sooner to despute this transaction because I have been in the hospital due to my declining health. I really would just like to be reimbursed for this last month's subscription I was charged because of these circumstances. I am sorry I have not contacted you sooner, I would have if I was not in the hospital.
GetHuman-nylagirl did not yet indicate what Sling TV should do to make this right.
