Decidí cerrar mi cuenta porque no pude verificarla para recibir un depósito en dólares. No encontré la opción después de intentar varias veces. Como soy nuevo en esta aplicación, no comprendo del todo su funcionamiento. Por lo tanto, opté por cerrar y eliminar la cuenta para abrir una nueva con el mismo correo y número telefónico. Sin embargo, me di cuenta de que no era posible hacerlo. Ahora deseo recuperar mi cuenta para poder utilizarla. Hello, I previously had a Skrill account that I closed at my request. Today, I attempted to open a new account but received a message stating, "We have detected a similar account profile in our system. Please get in touch with customer support if you would like to have this account activated. If you have forgotten your original credentials for your active account, please retrieve your password below." The old account used the email [redacted], while I am trying to use [redacted] for the new account.

I have had a frustrating experience with Skrill. They requested several payments including funds, commission fees, and service fees totaling 7k, which I paid via Checkers. Despite my attempts to get my money back after deciding not to work with them, I have faced challenges. I have reached out to their helpline via email, called customer service (which was unhelpful), and reported the issue multiple times. Additionally, the head office informed me that money was withdrawn shortly after each transfer to Skrill. Their lack of professionalism is evident in their unresponsiveness, possibly due to client instructions. I urgently seek assistance in getting my money back from Skrill, as dealing with them has become increasingly concerning, and I fear I may be involved in a scam.

I recently requested to close my Skrill account and was promised a call back which I have not received as of yet. I have emailed them for the third time on the 2nd, which was five days ago, but still no response. There is $90 in my Skrill account that I would like to have sent back to my bank, but they are not cooperating. My account has been restricted since June 22nd, and despite providing the requested bank statement, I still have no access to my funds or a resolution. I just wish to have my money returned and my account closed promptly, as their supposed 24-hour response time is not being honored.

I am based in Kenya, and Skrill has temporarily blocked my account until I verify it. I needed to withdraw funds, but when I provided my ID for verification, they declined it, citing that the dates of birth are not clear. My ID is the old version, displaying all details including the year of birth but not the date and month. It is frustrating to have my withdrawals declined merely due to a missing date, especially when my ID is officially recognized in Kenya. Although they have not offered it as an option, I am willing to provide my birth certificate if required. I have uploaded my Kenyan National Identification Card multiple times, which they could utilize for verification. It would be fair for them to verify me given the information provided. Improving their customer service is necessary, as sometimes only a human touch can resolve such issues.

Hello, I'm Vanessa Diaz, an Iq Option client. I deposited to my real Iq Option account through my cuenta rut, and now, when I want to withdraw my money, the cuenta rut option is not available. Therefore, I created a Skrill account, tried to withdraw my money, but it showed an error (twice). I contacted Iq Option, and they informed me that it's because additional verification steps are required. However, I cannot find any verification options on Skrill (on Google or the app). After following Skrill's instructions to change my password and security pin, I am unable to log in. Despite receiving confirmation emails and SMS on my phone, I keep encountering an error message prompting me to try again. I appear to be caught in a continuous loop. The security pin I selected seems to be ineffective, and I am unable to modify it. I have attempted to contact customer support on both Saturday and Sunday without success. I have learned from online sources that they should be available on weekends, but I have had no luck reaching them.

I have been unable to deposit to IQ Option broker despite having a balance in my Skrill account. When the broker redirects me to Skrill, it says I cannot make the payment because part of the deposit I want to make was done through Mastercard. I want to clarify that I do not have any credit cards affiliated, and I have not requested one from Skrill. Additionally, I fund Skrill through the Airtm platform.

Tengo una consulta sobre mi cuenta en Skrill. Realicé mi primer depósito desde AirTM, enviando $20 y ahora tengo $19.06 luego de los cobros correspondientes. Intenté transferir $19 a IQ Option y me descontaron $3.99, lo cual me intriga ya que vi tutoriales en los que no cobraban comisión. On 9/30, $[redacted] was transferred from my bank account to a fraudulent Skrill account under my name. I've since closed that account, but the funds were already sent. I can no longer access the Skrill account linked to "[redacted]" as I don't have the password or can reset it. I need to reopen the Skrill account to check if the money is still there.
