buenos dias. llevo desde el pasado dia ** de noviembre intentando enviar una transferencia a traves de su aplicacion y sigue pendiente, me han pedido documento de identidad varias veces que les he enviado, el documento de identidad con una foto mia en la mano, que tambien les he enviado y seguimos igual. como no podemos solucionarlo y necesito mi dinero, les ruego que me devuelvan la transferencia pendiente de *** euros. Les ruego solucion inmediata. gracias y por favor me contesten a mi mail .
