The issue in GetHuman-petrosn's own words
I registere on skrill with ZAR from South Africa as my currency and there was bo problem. I used my Mastercard to deposit the noney without any problem. Now trying to withdraw, they dont recognize South Africa yet they are able to take money from a South African bank account. Again when I ttansact, they want to convert to Euro before converting to ZAR naking me lose a lot of money. They have given me an option to withdraw free toan email address but they want the person to register with them again, meaning nore money will be lost in the process. I need them to forget about the whole thing and reverse the payment I made to my Mastercard. They are a bunch of crooks.**Initially, I registered on Skrill because I wabted to fund ny instaforex account - another scan. I saved the Mastercard so that I dont have to enter it again. Wgen trying to pay Instaforex, the walet balance is R* yet R****.** is reflecting on the Skrill accout. There hasnt been transperancy in all this. They hide some conditions so that unsuspecting people use them.

GetHuman-petrosn did not yet indicate what Skrill should do to make this right.
