On July **st I tried to add a dining plan to my membership, but for some reason it said that it wouldn't go through. So I went back to the beginning and tried a second time. The second time it went through and gave me a confirmation number. When I checked my bank account it showed that I had been charged twice. So I immediately called tech support to address the issue. The person I spoke to seemed completely confused as to how this could happen and said she was putting in for a refund and I should hear from someone within a week. I never heard from anyone so the next time I visited the park I spoke to someone at guest relations. She apologized and said that it shouldn't have happened and she would work on fixing it by the end of the day. It is now August ** and I have been charged again for * dining plans. I spoke to someone at my local six flags who was extremely rude and unhelpful. She said they have a no refund policy and I wouldn't get refunded and I would have to keep paying for * dining plans for ** months. **I would like to be refunded for the * charges of the second dining plan and it needs to be cancelled. I know someone else who is having this exact same issue so it is obvious that there's an error with the website.
