I am trying to figure out a way to cancel my memberships as it will not allow me to do it online ... I need to cancel my memberships. I have tried to do it online it says it can only be done by using the contact us button which when I click on that nothing on that site is working. I have tried several phone numbers and have been unable to reach a person. There is a message that says that memberships can only be cancelled online not over the phone but the website is telling me that I cannot complete it online I am getting very frustrated and I want to cancel my membership so I will not continue to pay for this.
This is incredibly frustrating because I have found that I do not have the money to continue paying for this each month and we aren't going anyways only one person use their membership this summer and I need to take care of this
I need someone to call me immediately to get this problem resolved
I have had season passes for my children and myself for at least the last five plus years the time has come where we no longer use them and I find it incredible that Six Flags does not have a better system for this. They are huge company with so much money yet they make it impossible for their customers to take care of what they need to
I have spent the last hour and a half trying different phone numbers and having the automated systems hang up on me after they tell me that it needs to be taken care of online
