I am very frustrated with six flags. I have been trying to get in contact with them since Friday Oct * ****. I have * issues– *. I was charged twice on my card and would like a full refund for the second charge. *. I was wrongfully advertised discounted Fright Fest tickets leading me to buy tickets for the incorrect park. On their website they say refunds aren't normally allowed but if the ticket isn't used and it's within ** hours, I can get a refund. I have proof of this statement. But since contacting Six Flags is like trying to get in contact with aliens, I wasn't able to talk to anyone about this issue.
