My name is Fernando De Leon and I have a dissability in both legs. I am registered in your system since **** I think. What happened yesterday, is that I went to the Great Adventure Park in New Jersey as every year with my * little daughters, and payed more than *** dollars in the "gold pass". When I went to get the device, I found that there were no lines for handicapped people and I had to stay on the line for * hour and a half to get the device. There were only two employers there for more than *** people. I got inside from the exit door to ask if they were able to help me because I was handicapped, I use braces in both legs, and they told me: "go out, you have to make the line". It was impossible for me to make the line for * hour and a half... I had to pay *** dollars to someone I didn't know to make the line for me and this is ridiculous in this country... This situation happened at **:**pm. Your employers are not well trained to deal with situations like this and I am very angry for the way I was treated. I live in Rye, Westchester, NY and I've been visiting your park for more than a decade (driving * hours to get there and * hours to come back home), I have spent more than **** dollars in the last decade visiting your park with my family and this is the first time I was treated like that. What a shame!*I don't need anything from you, I don't want my money back or free tickets because I don't need that. I just want you to train your employers to treat handicapped people in a better way.
