Get flash pass (I have a season pass) ... With my card not working despite the excellent attention of member services. I questioned the clerk as to why not he couldn't do anything from his computer. He became very defensive and refused to further assist me even though I said at least five times I wasn't frustrated with him but with computers and the internet. Mind you I had my *,* and * year old children with me. Despite the fact that I never raised my voice, never cursed at or insulted anyone, or attempted to cause a scene, another clerk called security. She needs to be interviewed and have her justify her motives. Accordingly, a younger security showed up and literally tried to intimidate me by proximity, glaring at me with contempt and ignoring everything I said. Finally, in an attempt to calm the mood and express my good will I lightly patted the officer on the arm. He immediately said i assaulted him and I was banned from the park. I was passed off to another officer who allowed me to go to members services, where I was told that I should not have been treated that way, they believed me based on their experience and granted me access back into the park. * minutes and I and firmly expelled from the premises as my young children were balling crying and scared.
There are several problems for me. On a moral level what happened to me and my children was intentional and their overt and constant treating me like a dangerous criminal not only greatly hurt and scared my children, it also caused me significant dirtess as I broke down crying in front of the entire membership services office, which as you can imagine only cause my daughters more trauma. It so sad that no one in the security department asked me one question about my point of view. They didn't ask anyone else in line at the flash pass building what they whitnessed. Nonetheless I was paraded through six flags by a swarm of security officers and staff. Several staff members even joked about how much money I wasted that day. To date I have not signed any papers, given one word of my perspective to anyone involved. I also have not seen the report with the official charges against me. I left believing I was only kicked out for that day but when I went to the park today I was immediately surrounded by security officers, civilion police, and more staff heckling me. I was informed I lost my season pass, flash pass, and dining pass and was banned from the park indefinitely. Tell me, do you not think that it offends the very sense of justice America lives by to completely deny the accused any opportunity to present a case for myself, I never and still don't know what the official behavior was used to justify this concerted attack on my character, my limited finances, and my ability to continue a tradition between my daughters and me of not only going to six flags often, but also doing it right.
To have my season pass immediately reinstated and handle the issues that got were we are like sensible adults. I would prefer to let this go and move on in hopes that there is some effort put forward to train security officers not to abuse their power and act in a way where it is the officer himself causing the unnecessary scene. I also believe the security officers as a whole should have training on how to properly handle a nonviolent policiy in the presence of three very young children. If Six Flags upholds the expulsion without giving me a chance in front of unbiased individuals there will be several actions. I will seek a temporary injunction prohibiting six flags from revoking my passes and my privilege to be on six flags property. I would then use whatever mechanism six flags has for dispute resolution, which I hope is more like an internal hearing than big formal arbitration. I would likely fight any arbitration clause anyway, and file several suits against six flags at once because they all hinge in the same fact pattern and judges love to combine factually related claims. That last statement would not be a good resolution but would be my best move considering the physical actions taken against me and the multiple public shamings. I do ask that if I am not granted immediate reinstatement I will need all video from the flash pass room, all video from the members services room, and any video available from the entrance that shows the specticle that was created and the utter disregard for the well being of my three children, two having a diamond elite membership and the other gold season pass. They were not tresspassing not had they acted out of line once but they were still subject to knowing and intentionsal infliction of emotional distress.
