My WiFi is slow and lagging and this is despite us getting the Samsung Connect Home smart mesh wi-fi system. Even when the mesh is near me, it is still lagging. I am teaching and my students have complained it is lagging. **Previously we have called and did according to what your IT specialist told us to but without much help. **Please send someone to the house to take a look and recommend us a solution.
