One issue on the website is under "Product Details" where it states "Fiction>General," which seems inaccurate for a non-fiction book about the Holocaust. It may need to be corrected. Additionally, it suggests investigating if there is a particular person responsible for this error and if this may be part of a pattern of biased behavior, such as anti-semitic or racially motivated actions. If there is such a pattern discovered, termination might be necessary.

I purchased the Night World boxed set from Simon and Schuster on April 30, [redacted]. I received a confirmation email with order number SnS[redacted]8 for "The Night World Collection, 35% Off + Free Shipping, ISBN: [redacted][redacted], Format: Hardcover." Despite the confirmation, I have not received any shipping updates. I attempted to contact them through the website email option four times. I checked my account but couldn't find any details as I may have created it after placing the order. Whether charged or not, I would like to cancel the order and receive a refund.

My grandson is in jail and has requested the Stephen King Dark Tower books, specifically the original novels and not the comic books. I mistakenly purchased two comic books for $25 each. I am looking to buy the complete set directly from the publisher and noticed that "The Gunslinger" mentions an illustrator. I couldn't find the complete set on your website, and I want to ensure I get the books, not the comics, to avoid any confusion in the future. I am seeking assistance with unsubscribing from fax advertisements I receive from Simon & Shuster. Over a year ago, I signed up for their mailing list to get a free ebook offer. Since then, I've been inundated with numerous fax advertisements selling ebooks. This has significantly increased my printing costs and depleted my ink supplies due to the excessive printing.
