According to your records, my service is inactive. How can that be? I am NOT past due.**Secondly, I never received a payout for a sale I received last week. I was able to speak to a Shopify representative my the name of Madison (an extremely kind individual) and I was under the impression my payout issues had been resolved.**I attempted to contact phone support, however, it has become impossible to attain an actual human. I really need to speak to a human and NOT pursue resolving my issues via emails. I was able to resolve my issue with my Shopify store by continuing to attempt to contact Shopify customer support telephonically to speak with an actual live person. Let's face it, trying to address and resolve issues via countless emails and not having the opportunity to speak with a real, live individual is not only frustrating and disheartening, it simply isn't favorable in all situations.
