In late August, I talked to a Shaw agent who told me that He would send me a new TV box, to be delivered by Sept * but no later than Sept *. It was to be sent by Canada Post. I live in Calgary, AB and the smoke has not affected mail delivery here, up to this time. It is currently Sept ** and the new box has still not arrived. My old TV box has not been operating since before August **.*My immediate neighbour requested a new Wifi box from Shaw late last week and it arrived today.*My bill for TV services, from Shaw also arrived today.*Why should I pay my bill if you will not provide me with an operating service?*John Davies, Account Number ***-****-****
