i have yet to receive my hover helmet order???? I have called customer service * x and had an average hold of ** mins....as a consumer reporter this is outrageous...so**- you either have a home based service staff that cannot handle call volume*- you will use the excuse of a new computer system*- you will have staff (home based) answer new sales calls but for tracking orders unreceived you find it completely appropriate to have callers wait all day for a response*- your business if failing**so before I cover this in an article and use a copious amount of 'ink' to detail the long and winding road of Sharper Image's definition of customer care I would like to know where my package os. And by the way the last two items I ordered were returned and defective and THAT took me the better part of an afternoon to get a knowledgeable associate who knew what a return labe was and didnt (as two associated previous to that informed me) wasnt because of a new system. Outrageous?
